Must-see OK Go music video for geeks
That title sounded really spammy, huh? You must deal! With! It! Because this is the most awesome music video you will see for a time period to be specified at a later date. It puts Doc Brown’s breakfast machine(s)* to shame… with a little help of some post-production tricks, I’m assuming.
*Edit to add that I am talking about Rube Goldberg machines here. Thanks for the reminder, Zeph!
The awesomeness you’re looking for is “Rube Goldberg”, and this one is quite good. I’m a little sad, and possibly naive, at your assumption that this is not 100% genuine. I like to think there’s nothing that dozens of geeks (shown at the end) a warehouse worth of junk, and endless ingenuity can’t do!

For what it’s worth, I think that the majority of it is genuine. There is one point close to the end that the ball goes through a curtain that is definitely not 100% genuine. The majority of it looks to be genuine, though, so don’t get too sad! I’m just jaded enough to know that *really good* editing can definitely fool even discerning eyes.
That… that is amazing. Is this the same band that had that awesome music video involving treadmills??
