As in, I cut off my hair and glued it to my feet, and then walked barefoot both through the icy parking lot, and into the theater. Most people think it's pretty disgusting when I tell them I actually walked around in a movie theater barefoot, but the really gross part is how when I went to sit in my seat when I went to see The Two Towers for the first time, my fingers slipped into the cup holder on the chair, where there just happened to be a Styrofoam cup filled with someone's chewing tobacco spit. Needless to say, I almost vomited. Hm. Well, that wasn't very geeky, but going to the theater dressed up as a hobbit was, I suppose." Geek for the Week of January 30, 2006 |
